Magaluf beach became last night a vast open-air auditorium where more than 10,000 people enjoyed a symphonic show that brought together some of the most iconic film scores in the history of cinema. Under the baton of Mallorcan conductor Pablo Mielgo with the Orquesta Simfonica Illes Balears, the evening offered a stirring journey through the music that has accompanied generations of audiences around the world.

The concert, held by the sea in a festive atmosphere, gathered audiences of all ages, residents and visitors alike, who filled the beach to enjoy a selection of works by composers as celebrated as John Williams, Maurice Jarre and George Gershwin. Among the most applauded moments of the night were pages from Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Superman, Schindler's List and The Sound of Music.

The combination of symphonic music, the Mediterranean setting, 400 drones and the staging created a unique atmosphere that kept the audience engaged throughout the entire performance. The concert ended with a long ovation and thousands of spectators on their feet, a clear sign of the growing interest in bringing orchestral music to new venues and audiences.

At the end of the concert, Pablo Mielgo highlighted the importance of taking classical and symphonic music beyond traditional halls: «Seeing a beach full of families, young people and visitors enjoying an orchestra together is one of the greatest rewards for any musician. Music has the power to bring people together and to turn a place into an unforgettable experience».

With this mass event, Magaluf reaffirms its commitment to a high-quality cultural offering capable of attracting thousands of people and projecting a renewed image of one of Mallorca's leading tourist destinations. The night will remain one of the major cultural events of the summer in the Balearic Islands.
